We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Manager to manage our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.

This is a hands-on position that combines working with vehicles on the dealership lot and maintaining accurate inventory records. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and keeps things running smoothly without needing constant direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your main responsibility is to keep our vehicle inventory accurate, organized, and ready for sale.

You will:

• Physically move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot.

• Track incoming vehicles, dealer trades, transfers, and sold inventory.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, update dealership systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.

• Coordinate with sales, service, and detail departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for sale.

• Monitor vehicle reconditioning, online listings, and inventory discrepancies, following up to resolve issues and delays.

• Keep the dealership lot organized, vehicles properly displayed, and management informed of inventory status.

• Ability to safely drive, move, and park vehicles.

• Willingness to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience is preferred.

We're looking for two experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our service team.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to continue developing your skills, we'd love to meet you.

Experience with Cadillac vehicles is not required. We welcome technicians from other automotive manufacturers and independent repair shops. We provide ongoing training to help you learn Cadillac vehicles, technology, and service procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your main responsibility is to provide quality vehicle maintenance and repairs while helping deliver an excellent service experience to our customers.

You will:

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.

• Identify mechanical and technical issues and recommend necessary repairs.

• Stay current with Cadillac technology, service bulletins, and maintenance procedures.

• Complete work accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards.

• Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure vehicles are serviced properly and on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Previous automotive technician experience is required.

• Must provide your own tools.

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

• Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn new technology and service procedures.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to pass required background, driving record, and drug screenings.

Previous Cadillac experience is a plus, but not required.

You don't need previous car sales experience to succeed here. If you enjoy working with people, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training to help you get started.

We're especially interested in people who enjoy social media, creating videos, and building relationships both in person and online.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your main goal is to help customers find the right vehicle while providing an excellent experience from start to finish.

You will:

• Help customers explore new Cadillac and pre-owned vehicles.

• Explain vehicle features and technology, and take customers on test drives.

• Follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and assist throughout the sales process.

• Learn our vehicle inventory and stay informed about new models and features.

• Build lasting customer relationships and create opportunities for future business.

SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO

Social media is an important part of this position. We want someone who is comfortable creating content, showing off vehicles, and connecting with potential customers online.

You'll create Instagram and Facebook Reels, Stories, photos, and videos featuring vehicle walkarounds, new arrivals, Cadillac technology, interesting pre-owned vehicles, and customer deliveries.

You'll also engage with customers through social media, help generate leads and appointments, and build your own online presence and customer base.

You don't need a large following or professional video experience. We're looking for someone who is creative, comfortable on camera, willing to learn, and consistent.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and takes initiative. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are important to us.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and appearing on camera.

• Active on Instagram and/or Facebook.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn Subaru products, features, and technology.

• Availability to work Saturdays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• At least 21 years old.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass required background, driving record, and drug screenings.

Previous automotive sales experience is not required.
